We acquire control in privately owned companies whose value can be increased through consolidation, organic growth, or reorganization. We employ a proactive, hands-on approach, and intensively work with managers to develop the companies faster than both the economy and competition.
Our team of partners, investment directors, and investment analysts has highly complementary skills in sourcing and negotiating investments, analyzing companies, structuring and executing transactions, operating companies, and restructuring companies both operationally and financially.
We execute our investments through an investment vehicle called Cherub Private Equity Fund L.P.
